You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in the place where you live to place an order. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or misuse it in any way.

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and product details may occasionally contain errors. We may correct any information on the website at any time.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, and we may stop offering a product at any time. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will let you know.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your order. We may accept or decline an order, and we may cancel an order for reasons such as product unavailability, a pricing or listing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will be refunded for the canceled amount. An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order.

Payment is processed by the third-party payment providers made available at checkout. Available payment methods may vary. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping
We currently ship to Mexico and the United States, and free shipping is available for orders shipped to these destinations. For details, please read our Shipping Policy.
Delivery problems, including lost or undelivered orders, are handled as described in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and order cancellations are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: please contact us before sending anything back; change-of-mind requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order and are subject to the conditions in that policy, including one flat $9.99 USD restocking fee per approved change-of-mind return request, where the law allows it; no restocking fee applies to items that are wrong, damaged, defective, missing or not as described, to lost or undelivered orders, or to cancellations made under Mexico's 5-business-day right to cancel. Please read that policy before you place an order.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hazii Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
